HOUSE RULES

House Rules & Guidelines

  1. Acts of aggression, threats, violence, or any form of physical altercation are strictly prohibited toward residents, visitors, or management at all times.

  2. Weapons of any kind are not allowed on the property under any circumstances, for both residents and visitors.

  3. Residents must be considerate of others by avoiding disruptive behaviors, such as loud music, television, or conversations that may disturb others, especially late at night. No bullying, name-calling, or harassment is tolerated.

  4. Residents are responsible for keeping all shared spaces clean and must pick up after themselves. Each resident will have assigned daily housekeeping duties for common areas and must notify the House Manager once completed.

  5. Personal living spaces must be maintained in a clean, organized, and presentable condition at all times.

  6. Nudity in shared spaces is strictly prohibited.

  7. All residents must actively participate in AA or NA meetings and have a sponsor as a condition of residency.

  8. No pets are allowed on the property.

  9. Rent must be paid in full and on time unless prior arrangements are made with the House Manager at least two weeks before the due date. Late payments will incur a $15 daily fee until the balance is paid.

  10. House meetings are mandatory when scheduled, unless a work schedule prevents attendance. Residents must inform the House Manager at least two hours in advance if they are unable to attend.

  11. Internet and Wi-Fi may be provided as an amenity but are not guaranteed. Misuse may result in restricted or revoked access.

  12. Sleeping in shared living areas is not permitted.

  13. Residents and visitors are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The house is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

  14. Theft of house property or another resident’s belongings will result in immediate removal from the house without a refund. Such incidents will be reported to authorities.

  15. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

  16. Video games may not be played on the living room television if other residents prefer to watch TV.

  17. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. All music, TV, and conversations must be kept at a low volume to avoid disturbing others.

  18. House-related matters should remain private and not be discussed outside the home, except with a sponsor or management.

  19. Visitors are allowed between 9 AM and 10 PM.

  20. Each resident may have one vehicle on the property, which must be registered with management and have valid insurance, registration, and a driver’s license on file.

  21. Residents are responsible for their own well-being and that of any visitors they invite.

  22. A failed drug test or violation of house rules may result in eviction. Residents who are asked to leave will have 72 hours to collect their belongings before they are donated.

  23. Alcohol, drugs, or any mood-altering substances are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate removal, and belongings must be cleared from the property within 72 hours.

  24. A relapse or breaking house rules may lead to suspension or termination of residency.

  25. Any resident aware of drug or alcohol use, illegal activities, or violations of house rules must report it to management. Failure to do so may result in termination of residency.

  26. All dishes must be washed immediately after use. If soaking is required, they must be cleaned within an hour.

  27. Residents may not leave the house for more than two consecutive days without prior approval from management.

These rules are in place to ensure a safe, structured, and respectful living environment for all residents.
